The LIDO Brewery is located in the beer cellar of the LIDO Leisure Center and began operations on July 27, 1999.
The brewery produces about 900 litres of unfiltered beer per day, and the production cycle lasts between 21 and 28 days. Customers can watch the brewing process. The beer is delivered to the customers at the bar straight from the tank via special tubing called „pythons” (the longest being 92 metres long).
LIDO beer has repeatedly received recognition and awards at Latvia beer fests and international fairs.
LIDO Medalus
Sweet-tasting unfiltered, unpasteurized Lager beer with a light hop bitterness in the aftertaste, honey notes, and a delicate honey-hop aroma. Brewed with natural honey sourced from a Latvian farm in Sigulda. The recipe and ingredients have remained unchanged since the year 2000.
